How do you save webpages using Chrome on Windows 10 ... ?

I want to save an entire webpage, or sometimes when the webpage is long, it will be more than one page. I do NOT want to do a Screen Capture, but actually save the entire wepage in a format that will allow me to edit, just like copying text .... more than just what you see on the screen ....

I can do this easily on my smartphone. There must be a method to do this on Windows 10 .....

Edge is the default browser supplied in Windows 10.

Anyway, you can simply press CTRL+S in both Chrome and IE.

Click the top right button with the 3 dots.

Right under the button that closes Chrome.

Select More Tools and Save Page as.

This will save the whole page.

I do not have "3 dots". When I right click under the "X" (which closes Chrome), I do NOT have an option to Save/Save As.

I tried Chrome first, but there are NOT 3 dots in my Chrome browser. So, then I tried Explorer, and see the 3 dots.

I added several different extensions to Screen Capture. I just tried the Full Page Screen Capture, which works !!! It is very similar to the Screen Capture on my Galaxy Note 8. I can't edit the text, but at least I can saved full webpages.

Now, I just need to find a way to save full webpages that will allow me to edit the text, and still keep all of the images, and also with Active Links ..... I can do that easily with my smartphone.

When I tried Internet Explorer, I have the 3 dots, but there is NO "Save/Save As" function. I tried right clicking within the webpage, and copied, then pasted into Libre Office, which did save the webpage, but the formatting is all messed up, and the links are NOT active. I was able to edit the text. Most of the images were also saved, but not all.
