Clearing the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is part of a complete reset of a PC/Tablet. We understand that the issue is about the keyboard that doesn't respond. Based on our research, this has been an ongoing issue with laptops or tablets. Here are some things to try:
- Make sure that you're AC charger is connected before connecting your external keyboard to get more voltage/ampere to your device.
- If you're using a tablet PC, press and hold both the up and down volume buttons and simultaneously press and hold the power button. Release when you see the screen turn on. This will allow the tablet to reset the BIOS from backup.
- On some devices, pressing F12 will allow you to continue with the reset.
