Before I had factory reset my computer, it was working fine.No problems keyboard and mouse still worked. When I did my factory reset, this message saying a configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module) Warning: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys. Press Yes to clear the TPM. Press No to reject this change request and continue.

Now I've tried everything, I've tried restarting, I've pressed everything key on the keyboard, I've ran the battery out, I've called technical support, I've hooked up an external keyboard, I've done everything but nothing worked. The cursor doesn't even appear. Can someone please help me before I take it to the store to pay to get it repaired? Thank you so much

    Hi,

Clearing the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is part of a complete reset of a PC/Tablet. We understand that the issue is about the keyboard that doesn't respond. Based on our research, this has been an ongoing issue with laptops or tablets. Here are some things to try:

    1. Make sure that you're AC charger is connected before connecting your external keyboard to get more voltage/ampere to your device.
    2. If you're using a tablet PC, press and hold both the up and down volume buttons and simultaneously press and hold the power button.  Release when you see the screen turn on. This will allow the tablet to reset the BIOS from backup.
    3. On some devices, pressing F12 will allow you to continue with the reset.

Please update us with results for further assistance.

Dont really say what the problem is, but you did mention no cursor.

USB devices may stop working after installing the February 13, 2018 update (KB4074588)
