Windows Phone 8.1 unlock for Development

Hello

How can I unlock my Windows Phone 8.1 (Lumia 630) device for development? Year ago I used "Windows Phone Developer Registration 8.1" app. But now It sais - "Unable to connect to Dev Centre...". I need to support WP 8.1

    With regard to your concern on how you can unlock your Windows Phone 8.1 for development, we recommend that you create a thread in our MSDN forum through this link for in-depth support. You may need to create first your MSDN profile in order to create a thread. Afterwards, follow the instructions provided.
