Uninstall Office click to run

I'm trying to update Windows 10 and am stuck at 99%.  Click to run is incompatible, but won't uninstall.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: appwiz.cpl

    Hit Enter

    Scroll through the list 

    Select Office Click to Run

    Click Change/Uninstall on the command bar

    Click uninstall.
