Up to late last night, (11.03.18) I could open my RTF files in my documents folder. Today, none of them will open. Thought it might be due to a Norton update. Not sure. But, I can't access most of my documents. How do I correct this?

I am assuming that you are using either WordPad or Word to open RTF files.

Can you right click on a RTF file > Open With > Choose Word WordPad

    Or

Start Word / WordPad > File > Open > Browse to the Documents folder > Select a RTF file and open this.

Also to fix file association if you are using Word, you can perform a quick repair.
