Logitech diNovo Bluetooth Keyboard can't connect to Windows 10
Hello,
I've been having this issue for a while now where HP has assisted me by updating my drivers, etc. My Logitech diNovo Edge keyboard (a fav of mine) was working just fine until a few weeks ago - not entirely sure why. So when I go to connect via Bluetooth, the Keyboard is in discovery mode but I get the message 'Check the PIN and try connecting again'.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2018-04-10T16:54:49+00:00 Yes, thank you Noel.
Well, I see that you are on an older cumulative update (16299.248). I would first try updating to (16299.334).
I would try installing the update manually:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...
Download the following: choose the right architecture for your system
32 bit
2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x86-based Systems (KB4089848)
64 bit
2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4089848)
Follow instructions to install manually:
Learn how to manually install it:
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/manually-insta...
See if Bluetooth starts working...
If that does not work...
I am going to recommend you downgrade to Windows 10 1703.
Step 1: download Windows 10 1703 from the following link:
https://tb.rg-adguard.net/index.php?sid=74a7cf5...
Choose the following:
- Windows Final
- Windows 10, version 1703
- Windows 10 Pro + Home
- English
- x64 (64 bit) x32 (32 bit)
Step 2: create a bootable copy
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wik...
Step 3: perform a custom install
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/wiki...
You should backup your files before downgrading.
Applications will need to be reinstalled.
The custom install will archive your files, so you can recover them from the Windows.old folder - make sure you follow the instructions to the letter.
There are some compatibility issues with Windows 10 version 1709 and certain hardware or software. There is no explanation why a lot of these problems are happening in Windows 10 1709, but the release is significantly flawed. Software and Hardware that once worked in previous versions, just suddenly stops working in Windows 10 1709 after an upgrade and sometimes loses functionality or stability.
If you don't want to do this, you can wait it out until April 10th and upgrade to Windows 10 1803 to see if it works better.

2018-04-10T16:16:23+00:00 No luck - still says "that didn't work..."... my keyboard was working fine like 2 weeks ago and then kaput... not sure if it is the bluetooth received on my laptop or the keyboard itself. It is a bluetooth keyboard and Logitech no longer makes this.
