Onekey optimizer

Guys im having a problem, I have a Lenovo laptop (that has onekey optimizer on it)

well it had some problems so I uninstalled it but cant seem to install it again...

when i run the setup it says "Are you sure you want to uninstall OneKey Optimizer?"

anyone had this problem and fixed it  or something let me know, thanks.

    Use Revo Uninstaller (Free) to see if some traces were leftover from previous uninstall of OneKey Optimizer. If yes, uninstall those.
