Hit Enter
Click View installed updates
If the following KBs are are installed, right click each then click uninstall:
- KB4089848
- KB4088776
Restart then check to see if you can then view the video.

2018-04-01T09:45:20+00:00 I've tried Firefox and Edge. I have always used Firefox with no problem with videos, this has just been a problem for the last month or so.
