Microsoft Store apps can't connect to the Internet over PPPoE in Windows 10

The error code is 0x80072EFD. when I connect to the Internet over wifi, the Microsoft Store work as well.

but my place use PPPoE and Microsoft Store cant connect with it

How can I solve it?

    I dont know how, my microsoft store work as well when I set a second PPPoE with the same username and password and just different connection name

    My apologies, naturally I thought Windows 8 since it's in the title. It could mean a few other things, like for instance, a feature update could easily fix it (if you haven't done one already). Are you on version 1709? You can find out by holding together Windows key + X, let go of the combination, then hit R. Type in winver, and press enter. I'd like to know the version number. Thanks.

    this support article for windows 8, its tell to fix with update KB2811660 and this update just only for windows 8.

    im using windows 10, and that update ("KB2811660") not compatible with my windows
