2018-04-30T00:42:39+00:00 Hello,
You might be experiencing this issue because of a conflict between SHAREit and its corresponding runtime libraries. In line with this, we suggest that you uninstall SHAREit on your computer and install it again. Make sure to download and use the latest installer from the developer's website. This should repair any damaged files and make sure that you have the latest version.
The side by side configuration is incorrect error may also occur because the Visual C++ Runtime on your computer is corrupted or missing. These components should be included in the program's installer (as such, reinstalling the application should also repair these files). However, you can also manually download and install it from the following link: The latest supported Visual C++ downloads.
If the issue persists, we suggest that you reach out to the developer's support page for further troubleshooting.
Let us know how it goes so we can assist you further.

2018-05-01T22:28:06+00:00 We appreciate you for getting back to us, Vishal. For Windows 7, .NET Framework 2.0 is embedded in Windows. You can enable it via Control Panel. To do so click on Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off > Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and enable all sub-nodes under it.
If the error still occurs, we recommend that you use the *System File Checker tool (SFC)*and Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) to repair your Windows installation. For the steps on how to use these tools and the commands that you need to run, kindly refer to the following link: System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files & DISM to fix things SFC cannot.
You can also use .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool to verify the status of .NET Frameworks you have installed. However, the SHAREit installer should also contain all the necessary tools and libraries to run in. As such, we suggest that you reach out to SHAREit support for further help with this issue.
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to post a reply.
