Yellow triangle in Device Manager under PCI Serial Port.

I need help with this. There is a yellow triangle next to my PCI Serial Port in Device Manager? I have no idea how to get it away.

I've tried right-clicking it and updating the drivers but it can't detect any.

I also believe this stops me from downloading updates for Windows 10 because I get a BSOD every time I update which I assumed was driver related.

(The BSOD says: IRQL NOT LESS OR****EQUAL every time)

Please help. Thanks.

Unless something is installed there, then that PCI caution symbol is not a threat to you.

Go into device manager > file > scan for new hardware. If nothing new shows up then you should be able to disable that PCI slot and it won't be an issue.

For the blue screen, follow the tutorial in the link below. It's for Windows 8 but it should work for you.
