Headset microphone does not work at all

I have a Logitech G430 Headset and have used it for years. All of a sudden two days ago the mic on it completely stopped working on just my PC. It still shows up in my default devices, still shows up in Device Manager, still shows up in playback devices. It shows up in all apps; Skype, Discord, Vent, etc. It shows up all over the place, but will NOT pick up any sound going to it. I have tried different USB ports on my machine, I have tried just using the 3.5mm jacks on the headset, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the headset drivers multiple times, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled my PCs audio drivers, I have tried a different headset, I have reset all the audio setting I can find. I get errors on everything I attempt to use my mic on. I have moved my headset to a different PC and it works fine, mic and all. I get sound through my ears, but not sound coming out of my mic. It is not muted, it is not turned down, the levels are where they should be and the mic works on other computers. When I reinstalled all the drivers and tried to set up the mic, I get an error. I get an error on Skype, on Vent, on Discord, on everything. I see the mic in the drop down, I see it as a device, it just doesn't work. Like I said, it works on other computers fine. My Windows is up to date and I've run Virus Scans multiple times. What is the deal? Please someone help.

I have scoured forum after forum attempting all possible solutions and nothing is resolved. None of the troubleshooters solve the issue, my mic is my default device, it is allowed access and enabled, I have deleted and reinstalled driver after driver after driver. As far as "setting up the mic", I get an error on that just like I do when I try to use an application telling me the hardware is not working... but it does work because I'm using it right now on a different computer.

And as far as my computer make and model, it is custom built.

    Windows Key+I > Privacy > Microphone

    1. Set allow access to the Micrphone on this device
    2. Allow apps to access your microphone - Make it ON
    3. Choose which apps can access your Microphone - If needed make required to ON.

    If above doesn't work -

Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

    1. Run Hardware & Devices / Audio Troubleshooters

Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot >

    A. Click Hardware & Devices > Run the Troubleshooter

    B. Click Playing Audio > Run the Troubleshooter

    C. Recording Audio > Run the troubleshooter

    D. Speech > Run the troubleshooter

    1. Microphone is not disabled and is set as default

Type Sound in Windows Start Seach box > Click Sound > Under Recording tab, right click on an empty space and select, Show disconnected devices and Show disabled devices > Select Microphone and click on Properties and make sure that the microphone is enabled > You may also check if the microphone that you are using is set as default.

    1. Set up microphone

Type microphone in Windows Start Search box > Click Set up a Microphone > Select required type of microphone (for internal mic, select Others) > Follow the onscreen directions to set it up

    1. Take actions related to Audio Driver

Windows Key+X > Device Manager > Sound, Video & game controllers > Right Click on the entry below > Properties > Driver Tab >

    A. Roll Back - If Roll back driver is enabled, roll it back

    B. Uninstall - Uninstall Device and restart to reinstall it automatically

    C. Update - Update Driver > Click Browse my computer for driver software > Click Let my pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Choose the driver > Click Next to update

If this does not work, select Search automatically for the updated driver in place of Browse my computer for driver software > Restart your computer

    D. Download and reinstall the driver from computer manufacturer's website - If you face issue, let me know your computer make and model?

I solved it... Can't believe how simple it was. Somehow my RealTek HD Audio Driver had removed itself and never came back. I went to RealTek's Website and manually reinstalled the entire driver suite and everything is working as it should. I have no idea how that driver went missing.

I appreciate the response, but I have done ALL of that already. I am telling you, I have scoured forum after forum attempting all possible solutions and nothing is resolved.
