Error code: 0xc00000e9

Whenever I turn on my dell laptop it seems to be loading, then it says preparing automatic repair then it gives this file path and error code 

(File:windows\system32\winload.efi. And error code: 0xc00000e9)

Under this it says:

press enter to try again

Press f8 for start up settings

Press esc for uefi firmware settings

i did restoring  my pc but still problem continuous   

please help me
