ive recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. I don't know if theres firmware or missing parts??
but as im trying to install Samsung smart switch it keeps asking me to install windows media feature packages! Ive installed both as I wasn't sure which one( was that wrong?does it make a difference?) But any way I downloaded and installed both but the same message pops up? ive restarted my computer after each installation? just wondering whats happening

Does it say Windows 10 N on the dialog?
not to be rude but I know I can do that but I want Samsung smart switch. I had smart switch on windows 7 I dunno why I cant have it on windows 10. and in transferring music to my phone without having to download it makes it faster and easier just plug in and done? I don't know why the one thing I want to get the first thing I downloaded and doesn't work!

im just having issues in my phone and computer communicating! as I need to put some documents on my phone? and ive seen the page that the link you've sent ive already worked through that installed those restarted computer and was same issue about then packages
