Have Vaio laptop with Windows 10.  Ricoh SP C250dn printer.  Printer is connected to wireless network and has been added to pc.  Ip adresses match on both wireless network/router and printer.  Printer still not connecting to pc.  Have checked port and tried a static address .

Can you ping the printer? Can you access its internal web page?

What I realize when it comes to setting up wireless printers, you need to first physically connect it by USB then configure Wi-Fi direct before you can start printing wirelessly. Could you try doing this?

Can you ping it from any other device on that network? Does it appear in the router's list of devices?
