Task View desktops now at top of screen, move back to bottom?

May 2018 Windows 10 update, the Task View multi-desktop bar is now at the top of the screen.    Using a mouse, it is now very onerous to click the bottom Task View icon, and then move my mouse to the top of my very large monitor to select one of my 10 desktop icons.

How can I move it back to the bottom where it has been for several years?

Task View is not the Task Bar.

Task View is multiple virtual desktops.

You're talking about the Task BAR, the OP is talking about Task VIEW. Two completely different things.
