My preferable solution would be a boycott of Microsoft and its products in order to force a change. I know that this might not be the most realistic solution, but am looking for a way to force Microsoft to provide a better product and better support.
The problems with Microsoft and its products
I am starting this discussion to let people know of my displeasure with Microsoft and their products. Here is my opinion:
Microsoft products are overpriced security risks that are slow to receive important updates, lacking in features, are not readily supported by the company that made them. I have been asked to pay money for someone to gain remote access to my laptop to fix a problem that should never have happened and risk losing my personal information. The people in support are absolutely clueless when it comes to the products that they are supporting, and if the question has a solution that is more difficult than to restart the computer, they will blame the problem on somebody else. The number of viruses that I have had on Windows compared to Linux is absolutely massive. Another security problem is the fact that you are always tracking us. I personally have disabled as much of the tracking as possible, but still find that it is a nuisance. My next issue with Windows is the fact that some hardware is not supported on it, and the fact that you make it very hard to write your own drivers. The only reason I use Windows is because the programs that I require are only supported on Windows. You guys need to step up your games if you are ever going to compete with Linux and Apple. I urge all members of the community to help me force a change from Microsoft to make life better for everybody.

2018-04-16T00:46:52+00:00 If I were to respond to Microsoft, they would end up ignoring it just like they always have. Apparently they don't care about providing good customer support without you having to pay them. In the Feedback Hub, I would not be able to ask the community to help me fix these problems.

"I urge all members of the community to help me force a change from Microsoft to make life better for everybody."
From your reply to me above:
"In the Feedback Hub, I would not be able to ask the community to help me fix these problems."
What specific actions do you recommend that "the community" (a user to user tech support forum, the majority of whom are volunteers) take to "force a change from Microsoft/help me fix these problems"?

To have Microsoft see your comments, use the Feedback Hub app in Windows 10.

Compete with Linux? Apple? You have to be kidding right?
