How do I open a file extension .nco

I had a friend that thought he was helping me and backed up my files with Nero. However, I don't have Nero and I can't get in to the files and the person is no longer available for me to contact.

I just want my hundreds of pictures back! Please help?

How do I convert them from .nco to .jpg or open them?

Hi Cher, click the link below to download the trial version of Nero BackItUp 2018

Install that and use it to extract all your file out of those .nco file(s)

Then once you have extracted all the files - uninstall BackItUp
