Open mail.
Go to email with photo.
Right click the photo in the email and select Save.
Select Pictures folder in file explorer.
This should do it.

When I right click the picture in the email, there is no Save option - only Save link as.
I was talking about how to do this from the mail app not the browser.
I would recommend using Windows Mail.
So go to search and type mail and open the app.
Click accounts and then add your account.
Much easier program to use to manage emails and get attachments.
