Do you have a third-party security suite installed?
My computer is blocking some programs from accessing the internet
Hi,
I've recently installed a program that appears to require internet access to get the full use of it. When I open the program it opens in test mode, to which I also get the message prompting me to check my internet connection... which is fully operational.
I have added the .exe path to the firewall exception list but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i've it's a licensed product and I have already purchased a licence for it.

2018-04-29T09:59:10+00:00 Ciao me34RNs,
I'm Ugo, an Independent Advisor willing to help other Microsoft customers.
Regarding your question, as a first trobleshooting option, can you please completely disable the firewall (only to isolate the issue)?
Type firewall in Search bar > Click on Windows Defender Firewall > Turn WIndows Defender Firewall on or off > Select Turn off up and down > OK.
Please let me know.
Ciao
Ugo

I turned my Firewall off completely and still nothing. Tried a remote session but that wouldn't even connect.
