Hi MrToySafety,

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

On the left, click 'View Installed Updates', there you should see a full list of installed updates on your system . . .

    Thanks Greg,

Your explanation may be the "problem" as the only windows update it shows is for 5/14/18 and there was a significant update at that time. Other apps updates go as far back as 2010!.

It would be helpful if Microsoft told us that this was basically a reinstall of a new version, rather than just the usual fixes and aesthetic "improvements"!

    Thanks for your help

Hi Mr. Toy. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

You must have had a Version Update because that wipes out Update history since it actually reinstalls Windows to the new version by doing an in-place Upgrade install.

You'd then need to Go back to Old version which is available for about 10 days at Settings > Update & Security > Recovery or via Repair Mode following https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanc....

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
