The C922 doesn't work on my front USB ports, but it does work on the USB ports at the rear. I suspect the internal wiring in my computer from front to back has insufficient bandwidth to support the C922.
Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam Wont Work
Hello, for a while now my webcam has not been working it wont work in any program it did work in some programs which i have since uninstalled for troubleshooting reasons. Those programs were logitech webcam software and adobe flash media live encoder, in the windows 10 camera app when i open it stays black with no gui (nothing shows up its completely black) but my webcams light does turn on the webcam uses windows native drivers and logitech does not provide drivers for this camera (as far as i know) because they say it will work fine with native drivers.
I do have antivirus (i use four antivirus programs)
-Avg Antivirus
-Avira Antivirus
-Panda Antivirus
-360 Antivirus
I would like this problem to be fixed as soon as possible as i have a youtube channel that depends on a webcam for facecam

2018-04-17T07:30:00+00:00 Hello Nicholas,
I appreciate you for posting back the status of your concern. Just to confirm, were you able to follow all the steps on the link provided by
Nick Dich? In line with this, I'd like to know more information regarding this issue:
- Were there any changes made before this issue came up?
- Have you tried disabling your anti-virus just to see if the issue will occur?
Moreover, when the camera stops working in Windows 10, it might be the reason that the camera driver is outdated. Therefore, it's highly important to update the camera driver to solve the camera not working issue in Windows 10. Here's how:
- Open Computer Managementand choose Device Manager;
- ClickImaging Devices and select Camera Driver;
- Go toAction, click Add legacy hardware and choose Next;
- Tick: search for and install hardware automatically and click Next;
- ChooseImaging Devices and click Next, then find the camera driver that you want to install;
- Click Next and let the system to install the camera driver, then clickFinish.
Let me know how it goes.
