They're not asking how to remove an account from a computer they can access; they're asking how to remove an account REMOTELY from a computer that's been stolen or otherwise compromised
Can I remotely logout from my Microsoft Account on a specific computer?
Hello there.
I am using a work computer with Windows 10. I did not log into the system with my Microsoft Account (it only uses a local account), but for ease of access I logged into some apps such as OneDrive, Calendar and Office. Now I see my profile pic and name in every Office app and it automatically detects my account and suggests I use it to log into some other apps such as Mail.
Here's my question. If this computer becomes compromised or I somehow lose access to it, is there a way to remotely shut down all access to my account on that one PC specifically? I know that I can just change my password in that case, but I'm curious if there is a better option.

2018-02-07T14:40:01+00:00 Hi Setrah,
Microsoft have a way to detect where you have logged in your account. On this link, you'll see the list of devices where you have logged in your Microsoft account. There is a way to remove a device from the list. However, removing the device from the list will not log out your Microsoft account from it. removing the device from the list works as just removing it from the history.
That being said, in case that you'll be locked out on your work computer, the only way to remove your Microsoft credentials is to reset your PC. If you'll reset your PC, all the installed apps and programs will be removed and all of your files will be lost. For you to avoid losing all your personal files and programs, we suggest that you create a recovery drive.
