Cannot download publications from jw library app.

After requesting a publication, the following message is always prompted:

Publication Unavailable

The publication is not available at this time. Please, try again later

I switched to loca account, re-installed the app form ms store, tried different internet connections with no firewall or security but the persist

    A grande falha é que assim que baixamos queremos logo ver se ta tudo funcionando mas NÃO FAÇA ISSO!!

    Assim que abrir o app pela primeira vez, deixe ele aberto na pagina inicial, tu vai notar que vai começar a carregar uma barra de 3 pixeis logo em baixo da tarja roxa do jw library. ESPERE ESSA BARRA CARREGAR TODA sem sair do programa, sem mecher!!!! apenas espere!! quando essa barra carregar, pode usar normalmente, e o app estará perfeito!

    Moreover, I cannot launch the app from the directly from the desktop or START menu; when the app is launched, I'm re-directed to the MS Store/JW Library page where I can then launch the application.  Version installed is Version 10.2.20243, the current one as of 20180222206.

    System is a from the SufacePro 4

    Itel Core i5-6300U CPU @2.40GHz, 4.00 GB Internal RAM

    25 GB free space on internal RAM.

    running Windows 10  Pro (2017)
