You may be able to free it with a small tool, toothpick, or card. But other than that, opening up the case to try repairs could void your warranty, so I'd recommend contacting Dell before you open it up.
Power Button Stuck
The power (on/off) button on my Dell laptop is recessed and will not lift leaving me unable to start my laptop. Is there an easy way to fix this or do I need to take it in for repair?

Thank you for the response; however, it seems the button magically freed itself. I will remember your fix should the problem reoccur.
