How do i do Run as a admin on windows 10 home?

I had posted how my windows update is saying  'Your computer is out of date' I click the  'check for updates' button, and it says I'm up to date the 'out of date' message always shows. I got answers of a windows update reset download, but I was told to run it as a admin which I don't know how to do.

    Those instructions told. After you unzip / extract the batch file, in File Explorer right click on the batch file name and select "Run as Administrator".

    Or you can start a command prompt as admin (in any of several ways). For example:

    . * use <WIN><X> to display a shortcut menu

    . * select Command Prompt (Admin)

    . * you will be prompted for admin ID password

    . * enter your commands.
