Hi Eva, Photoshop uses part of your hard drive as a temporary store . . .

When you make changes to a photo, it stores each change made to the photo as a separate image file in the scratch disc, so you can go back through the history and revert to that version of the photo

If you have another drive on your PC or a USB flash drive, set Photoshop to use that as a scratch disc, Photoshop does not like using the Windows drive as a scratch disc

In Photoshop, go to Edit - Preferences - Scratch Discs

    Hi Eva,
That just means you’re running out of disk space. Check this out - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1224354

    C:\Windows\Temp - ctrl + a and delete the contents.

C:\Users\YOURACCOUNT\App Data\Local\Temp (If AppData doesn’t display, go into control panel, file explorer options, and make sure show hidden files / folders is checked off”

Navigate to both those locations and delete the temp files. Once done, delete from recycling bin. Then try to open photo shop again.

Let me know if this helps!
