This happens every 8 minutes or so and for a few seconds. The game that im currently play at that time only recieve about 11% of the GPU while the DWM takes about 70% causing massive fps drops in any game. Windows is up to date, this has been happening for quite while.

Go into Task Manager > Performance tab. On the left side of the tab, there is a stack of resources: Disk, Wifi, Ethernet, GPU.

Do you have more than one GPU identified?

If you do, then you should try to force DWM to use the built in (GPU0) video, freeing up the addin card for gaming. Here is an example of how that can be done:

Hello and thanks for taking your time to help me

Yes i do have more then 1 GPU identified

GPU 0 = Intel HD Graphics card

GPU 1 = Nvidia graphics card

Its already defaulted to intel graphics card when i tried using nvidia control panel

Edit: I made a mistake, apparently it starts using 70% of GPU 0 and consequently GPU 1 decreases its performance, i don't know how one affects the other

    Hi Edwin,

Click your Start Button, paste the text below and Hit Enter

    msdt.exe /id PerformanceDiagnostic

This will open the Performance Troubleshooter, run that and see if this resolves the problem with DWM . . .
