Restoring NuVision tablet

I have a NuVision TM800W560L Signature Edition Windows 10 tablet. It recently stopped working; it boots, but then I get a blue blank screen and nothing else. After about one minute, the device turns itself off. (A shortened animated GIF can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/dEYc6s4)

I have no way to reset the device. The "power + volume down" trick only works on Android tablets, not Windows 10 tablets. The only guidance I've received so far from NuVision is to hold down Shift while rebooting the device, but that does nothing (it also assumes I have access to the Windows Welcome screen, which I don't). I can access the BIOS and the EFI shell, but I don't know if I can do anything there.

I don't know if there's another way to restore the device. I think I can use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from my desktop, but the tablet did not seem to come with a license key (I'm not sure I need one though because Windows came preinstalled?)

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hi lzb80,

Start your tablet, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

    Then start the Reset

There are no spinning dots. I don't get that far. I get the NuVision logo, and a blue blank screen. That's it.

I tried your method anyway, it didn't help.

I was able to mostly restore the device using the Media Creation Tool, but it is missing some drivers. Touchscreen doesn't work, audio doesn't work, no battery status, etc. I will attempt to contact the company to see if I can get drivers from them.
