Keyboard brightness keys not working

Hello,

I have some issues with my keyboard brightness keys. They are not working since I updated my windows 10.

I tried many things but so far nothing positive. 

I even updated my Driver Software in the display adapter both automatically and  choose  Microsoft display adapter too. It worked fine for one day but from next day its the same. I tried to update the drivers again but its showing now that they are already up to date.

    Hi Enabkhan,

    Can you change the brightness manually through Display settings, or is the monitor not adjusting brightness at all?

    Does your keyboard require a key combo (Fn+brightness key) to change the brightness?

    Please execute below 2 steps and let me know.

    1. Run Keyboard Troubleshooter

    Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down and click Keyboard > Run the troubleshooter > Follow onscreen directions

    1. Update Keyboard Driver

    Windows Key+X (Or right click on Start) > Click Device Manager > Expand Keyboards > Right click on Standard PS/2 Keyboard > Click Update Driver Software > Click Browse my computer for driver software > Click Let my pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Choose Standard PS/2 Keyboard > Click Next to update

    Thanks for your reply,

    I did the first thing and it showed that no changes or updates are necessary as it showed me before when I tried it already.

    and the second thing I did too, I updated and restart my system but its still the same.

     I am not able to change the brightness manually too.

    And my keyboard doesn't require any key combo. It just requires the brightness key.
