sro_client.exe(Silkroad Online Game Client) disappear when it start

Hi,

I was working with windows 8.1 and I was playing a game call Silkroad Online, however I installed Windows 10 version 1803 build 17133.73

and I have got the latest drivers from HP website for windows 10, now the problem is when I open the game and click Start button the game disappear

without error I have download the game again but nothing happened it's still doesn't work!

-HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC

-Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version 1803 Build 17133.73

-RAM: 16GB

-GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M

-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Gaming

    The developer doesn't appear to be very active, but maybe you could shoot them an email asking why the game is not working under the latest Windows 10 update - if nothing else, it'd make them aware of the issue. Sorry I can't be of more help. =(

    I have tried to compatibility for Windows XP but it's doesn't work, but the game was work fine when I was have windows 10 RedStone 3 before I install windows 8.1

    I think there is a problem with this build of windows 10

    I just got done looking around on the web for a solution, but it seems that the developer of the game has not yet added support for Windows 10, which is odd since 10 has been out for a couple of years. I'd recommend maybe picking up a cheap laptop or older computer with Windows 8.1 or older on it to run your game, as there does not yet appear to be a reliable fix for the game.
