To further isolate your concern, I suggest that you start the computer in safe mode. Once you're in safe mode, try using the gaming mouse and check if the issue persists. Also, based on the hardware Id you've provided, the driver is related to another hardware. You may check this link for more information about the driver. Should you need the specific driver for the gaming mouse, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer so they can assist you in getting the appropriate driver for the device.

Keep us updated with the results.

    Thank you sir for reply.

I am having trouble using Tacgear gaming mouse x7. It is not working properly. The click works but the cursor doesnt move so i tried one of your thread where 2 methods were given.

    1. Troubleshoot as a administrator.

2)Take hardware ids and find hardware.

In first method, the response was   did not find USB 2.0 CRW device driver

In second i gave you hardware ids. I dont find any support on device website. I found driver but not trusted with the identity of the website.

    Hi SURAJDHONGADE1,

The error message you're experiencing may happen if the system is unable to find the proper driver to use on your device. In order for us to have a better understanding regarding your concern, we'd like to ask a few questions:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Can you send us the exact error message?
    • Are you trying to install the card reader driver on your device?
    • Have you tried checking the support website of your device for the most updated driver?

Based on the hardware ID that you've sent us, there are some available drivers on the Microsoft Catalog website. However, the drivers that are listed are for Windows 10. You can check the list of drivers by clicking this link. Also, I'd recommend that you check the support website of your device and look for the most recent compatible driver for the device.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Most of the gaming mouse is plug and play ready and doesn't need a driver to be installed. Unless there's a software program that is specially developed for the gaming mouse. To isolate your concern regarding the issue on your gaming mouse, I'd like to know if you've already tried to plug the mouse into another USB port? Since you've already mentioned that you've run the troubleshooter, I suggest that you test the mouse on another device. This is to check if the issue you're experiencing is hardware related.

    Your response is highly appreciated.
