window say this update KB4093119 is not applicable for my pc after attempt updates more than 3 time but window update keep download & install it every time i start & shutdown my pc

Hi skydean, your best option is to hide that update so Windows does not try to install it:
Download the tool from the link below, run that, in the list of pending updates, select that update and click 'Hide' that will stop windows from attempting to install it:
What Build number is reported by Settings>System>About?
