how to open a cd in hp laptop with Windows 10.

I can open other cd's but not the one for my HP printer. I have autoplay set up in settings.

    Couple of Options

    1. Windows Key+E to open File Explorer > Right click on CD drive > Eject
    2. Push the drive inside which should make it unlock and come out.

    Hi TGARDNER1 ,

    If the Auto-run is not working on that disc, please try this:

    Open Windows File Explorer

    On the left, click 'This PC'

    On the right, double click that CD

    When you can see the files on the disc, there should be either an Install.exe or Setup.exe file, double click that to begin installing the Printer software . . .
