Certificate Services Client AutoEnrollment

I have been having problems for quite some time now with my PC not booting up and having to force a reboot.  This is a daily occurrence and my computer seems to be running something all the time so my PC reacts very slowly to commands.  When I initially boot up my PC I have found that it is using Internet Explorer as the browser, and nothing happens.   On forcing a reboot, this time it uses Microsoft Edge as the browser.  Not sure what this has to do with anything.  Following is just one of the warnings I am receiving on a daily basis.

    Here's another error event I keep running into:

    I ran the short and extensive tests on the hard drive and everything passed.  No problems found.

    Hmmmm, ok.

    With everything running poorly, I wonder if it's hard drive issue.

    Let's run the diagnostics test. Turn off your PC for me. Upon turning it back on, hit the esc key every second or so. It should get us to a startup menu. Look for "system diagnostics and choose that option.

    I want you to run a short and extensive test on the hard drive. If that is failing, that would explain a lot.

    Try this for me and I'll try to decipher these event errors!

    Charlie,

    I tried this option with HP Support a couple weeks ago and it did not resolve my issues.  It changed nothing.

    Hi Kathleen,

    After reading what is going on, it sounds like you have more than one problem causing these issues. A solid way of clearing up these problems and starting fresh is a Windows Reset. If you wanted to back up your files, it may be the way to go. Would you need to reinstall any special applications you've installed...

    Here is a link to recovery options - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/... - and it speaks to a reset.

    Start > Settings

    Click on Update & Security > Recovery

    Once in that tab, click on “Get Started” under Reset this PC.

    This should take a moment, and you’ll be prompted to “Keep my files” or “Remove everything” - The process will start once one is chosen, your pc will reboot and a clean install of windows will start.

    Let me know if this sounds like a plan
