My pen isnt drawing. It's moving my canvas instead

No word of a lie. This recent update for Windows 10 is being an absolute pain. After installing the update and everything, I open up photoshop, and as I start doing course work. My pen no longer draws like before, instead it's moving my canvas around and even moves the program window too. I tried uninstalling the update. Everything went back to normal which was good. Now everytime I close down. The update keeps reinstalling and I can't pause the update cuz there's no pause option. Microsoft needs to fix/patch this issue as I'm not the only one having this problem as many others on the Adobe forum were having the same problem.

Thank you!

Open Command Prompt with admin rights. (Start -> Type CMD -> Right Click on Command Prompt --> Run as administrator.)

Copy paste the follwoing and hit enter :

    reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Reboot the machine and you should be good to go.

it only moves the canvas when I try to draw. It also moves the window too which is extremely annoying. I just hope Microsoft fixes this issue as many others are having the same issue

Microsoft changed the way the pen behaves with their last update that stuffs it all up. Basically the registry entry enables the old interaction mode and disables the new Ink Space behaviour which is what causes the issue.
