Windows 10 and Kaspersky antivirus + random freezes / problem reporting

Hello,

I don't know if this happens only to me, but it seems that Windows 10 and Kaspersky Internet Security don't get along together very well. I receive "webcam access blocked" notifications every hour or so. The process that tries to access the webcam is taskhostw, as you can see in the image below:

Is there any possibility that it will be fixed? I don't intend to turn off the webcam protection from my antivirus just because of this.

Another problem I have from times to times is that the computer "freezes" for a fraction of a second - when this happens, I can do nothing, not even move the mouse. I have a brand new Asus GL503VD with only an Intel SSD added. Could this be a problem from Windows?

"To diagnose and fix this issue, we suggest that you download and run this Microsoft easy fix tool to help optimize Windows speed and performance. "

I am running Windows 10 Version 1803 OS Build 17134.167, and recently have had problems while using Kaspersky's Safe Money feature.  The problem seems to have begun after the most recent Windows update.  I saw this post since I was not finding any problems with Kaspersky.  If you offer a "tool" when a person specifically states that they are running Windows 10, shouldn't that tool apply to the said operating system?  I downloaded the tool, went to run it, only to get a message saying that it was not compatible with this version of Windows.

For decades, I have been baffled as to why it is rare to find solutions to a constant flow of Windows related problems (mostly Windows 8.1 & 10,) from Microsoft.  Instead, I always seem to end up at one of the non-Microsoft related sites, where volunteers are able to help resolve issues.   Very frustrating!
