by the way, the keyboard has been working with Windows 10 Home Edition all along. I was hoping that the Windows 10, version 1803 Upgrade (Updated 5/2/2018) might fix the keyboard problem - but it did not.
want to download Microsoft keyboard driver and replace old driver because b and n do not work.

2018-05-03T00:57:01+00:00 I did that, but if my driver is corrupted it would just re-install the same bad driver. I was looking for a new driver and thought Microsoft might be able to download a good one. My device manager says there are 2 keyboards - an "HID Keyboard Device" and a "Standard PS/2 Keyboard". I do not know which one it is actually using, so I have uninstalled each of them separately and restarted the laptop each time. I guess I will take the laptop apart and see if there is something under the b and n keys. I was hoping a software fix might be easier.
