I bought an Intex webcam last year. I had windows 7 in my computer at that time. Now i have installed windows 10. I installed the drivers from the cd that i received along with the webcam. It is compatible with windows 7.

But after i click on the Webcam videocap application(the application installed by the cd) my pc says - "your pc ran into a problem and needs to be restarted. We are collecting some information and then we'll restart for you." Please provide me a method so that i can use my webcam in my pc. Please let me know and provide me a link to download the required drivers for my webcam which are compatible with windows 10.

You likely need to update the new driver software. Does the product packaging list a website where you can go to? If so, link it here please.

If they don't have at least a Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 driver, you could try uninstalling the web cam then reinstall the existing driver using compatibility mode.
