This is a complete scam. Do not enter your username or password and also don't call the phone number. These scams are just there to hopefully gain remote access to your computer to be able to do what they want if you call the phone number and is also a phishing scam at the same time by asking for your username and password. Another thing to note is that .ga is a free domain name. While not all .ga domains are malicious, sadly, a large portion of them are.

Most likely, you are not infected with malware, but I would recommend scanning your system. Sometimes, malware will redirect you to these threats, so if you start seeing these more frequently, be aware.

Often, these threats lock your browser, so if that's the case, open up Task Manager, end Microsoft Edge, and manually reopen it.

It's a common scam that has been around for a few years now. Click the X to close the window. You should then see a box at the bottom, Do not allow this site to create new messages. Check it and then close that window and finally the popup.

If that doesn't work, for Edge, follow the instructions by Scott_Ki here:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_other-protect_scanning/edge-frozen-with-virus-warning-popup/7212a393-90ad-48d0-ab55-4ffe1f21a554?page=2&msgId=7618ae67-bf16-4155-bf90-d8a7405ee199

For all other browsers, use the Task Manager to exit the browser. Reboot and see if the pop-up goes away.
