How to adjust the EQ in Windows 10

Let start by stating that I had no issues before the latest update but can someone please tell me how I can adjust the EQ in Windows 10 before I switch to a Mac?

    Well, so much for my guess.

    The capabilities (or lack thereof) of your sound hardware are managed by the driver. My sound chip uses a driver from Realtek and here's where I find my equalizer:

    Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices > Related settings > Sound settings > double-click on your default sound device ( mine is Speakers/Headphones - Realtek audio) > switch to the Enhancements tab > put a check mark in Equalizer, and you'll see it.

    I tried that before posting here. I had the "enhancement" tab option prior to an update now it's gone. This is the current options I have

    Tried that before I posted. I'm missing the "enhancements". It was there a few months back, "I" updated the computer and now it's gone.
