Nokia Asha 302 - connection and app store

I have been using Nokia Asha 302 for couple of years now and recently i am not able to browse or install any app on my phone.

Not able to create Nokia account, not able to install apps (whatsapp), Not able to use browser. everytime i try "secure connection not available" pops up.

In fact i have tried using Mobile data and Wifi as well. yet doesnt work.

Kindly provide a quick solution. I am okay with factory reset as well and i have also done that. yet the problem persist.

    Nokia Account service was discontinued in April 2015, i.e. 3 years ago.

    Regarding Whatsapp on your S40 device:

    "For the following operating systems, you can no longer create new accounts, nor reverify existing accounts. However, you'll be able to continue using WhatsApp on:

    • Nokia S40 until December 31, 2018
    • Android versions 2.3.7 and older until February 1, 2020

    Note: Because we'll no longer actively develop for these operating systems, some features might stop functioning at any time."

    Which Store does your phone access ? Should be the Opera Mobile Store, since the Nokia Store was also discontinued a few years ago.

    Well thanks for the quick reply.

    1. So it is not possible to use or install any software? any other alternative?
    2. My browser is version 2.3.0.0.48

    Please let me know what else can be done if this is the case.
