    Hi David

    Download the Rapport installation file from your bank's website, run that file to install Rapport

    Click the Chrome menu at the top right of Chrome (...)

    Select More Tools

    Select Extensions

    Open Chrome and on the Enable extension dialog, click Enable Rapport extension

    If you do not see the message, click the orange Chrome menu, and then click New extension added (IBM Security Rapport).

    The Enable extension dialog appears and you can click Enable extension
