    Hi Larry,

    If you are referring to Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7, you can turn off the pop up blocker by following these steps:

    1. Open Internet Explorer, select the gear icon on the upper-right corner of the Internet Explorer window, and select Internet Options.
    2. Go to Privacy tab and uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
