i am able to find the secure WiFi connection. When i hit the connect button, the browser pops up, the msftconnecttest.com appears, then 192.168.200.1/indexphp.
Below the screen states interenet access is blocked. Firewall or antivirus may have blocked connection.
I have turned off the bitdefender firewall and anti virus and the windows defender.
err_network_access_denied
any thoughts?

There maybe settings on your router that needs to be tweaked in order to resolve the issue about msftconnecttest.com message.
