installing KO Player on laptop

I want to use a android photo editor app on my laptop. Is KO Player 1.4 1055, which is supposed to put the android software on your laptop which enables the app compatibility.  It it a safe download, or one of those "down the rabbit hole we go"apps. ?I'm somewhat skeptical about this. If it works, why don't they just put this in all new laptops and/or apps to work on both devices? Thanks.

Hi ItzyV, there are a number of Android Emulators for Windows 10, the best of which is BlueStacks.

The KOPlayer is a legit download as long as you source it from the official website - link below. There are a lot of other downloads of the KOPLayer on the web - avoid them!
