Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition - Game Wont Start " Press Left Click "

Hai All

Just recently bought Final Fantasy XV - Windows Edition Full Version ( not demo one ) in Microsoft Store. Firstly no problem in downloading and installing. Problem occur when i try to start the game. I click the FFXV icon, and it start with title and SquareEnix logo , and after that session I cannot click anything when " Press Mouse Left Click " appears . The text is blinking and i assume it instruct me to press mouse left click, but it doesn't do anything , it just stuck on that text. Could anyone help me to resolve this issue ? thank you very much !

    Okay, now this problem is resolved. 

    The root problem is in your microsoft store application and also XBOX live application, the apps might get corrupted for some reason or I accidentally deleted or uninstalled the part. 

    So in order for them to work properly I need to re-install those apps

    Are you sure you didn't do anything more?

    wsreset, reseting Xbox apps and clearing SoftwareDistribution don't work for me.

    I had this problem months ago with FFXV Demo, but finally I gave up.

    Today I encountered this again with "Ruiner" from Game Pass (exact problem: loop with press any button and blinking XBL window), so I want solve this error.

    • I have not tried any troubleshooting yet
    • Haven't tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the game since it took me 12 hours to install this game directly from Microsoft store and don't want to do that at the moment . Is there any possible to have offline installer ? If i can have offline installer it would be easier for me to reinstall this game even tough i need to re-download it once again, but if the problem still exist i need another 12 hours and another 12 hours, :( :( it is 84 GB game 

    I just tried your 4 steps suggestion , here are the results :

    Step 1. I did all the steps that are recommended there, still problem exist

    Step 2. I did this , still does not work

    Step 3. I did this, still does not work

    Step 4. I did this, still does not work

    Still stuck in the blinking text says " Press Mouse Left Click "

    For your information, my PC specification is slightly above minimum requirements 

    • Processor : Intel Core I7-6700 @ 3.4 GHZ
    • RAM : 16 GB 
    • Graphic Card : Geforce GTX 1050 @ 4 GB
