Is Search in task manager safe?

There's a thing called "Search (3)" in my task manager that I haven't seen before. Lately, my mouse and keyboard have been controlling themselves and doing all kinds of weird stuff and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with that.

Thank you!

I've done almost everything and I am downloading the ESET Sysrecuse right now. Some new things have popped up in my task manager such as "Photos" and I also can't look at the properties of it. There's also "Pick an app".

Hi angryboar23, if you right click that process and choose 'Open File Location' does that open a Windows File Explorer window, and if so that is the location of that file?

When you boot into it, perform the scan at least three times.
