Powerbeats3 connection problem in Windows 10

Hello,

I am trying to connect my Powerbeats3 to Windows 10 for both listening and voice chatting.

However, I find that I am not able to speak when I am listening, vice versa.

I can see there is a thread talking about the same issue, but Microsoft does not answer anything to tackle such issue.

Is there anyone having same problem and knows how to fix it? Thanks a lot!

Yeah, I updated to latest version and it still does not work

When I open the sound menu which allows me to edit the default microphone device, the sound menu just crashes when I am connecting to my PB3. My friend also faces the same problem. I am sure that there must be bugs for PB3 using in windows 10

    Martin, Thanks for the advice

However, I am able to connect to my Powerbeats3

My problem is that I cannot listen to computer's sound and use the microphone function at the same time as mentioned.

Stephen, sorry to hear it. Have you tried to use the updater to get the latest firmware? http://your.beatsbydre.com/#/download
