While you can get Design Pro 5.4 to load by setting Compatability at Windows XP SP3, the program print function hangs up and won't render the options tab active so that you can select a starting position to print from on a 3x30 label matrix using (for instance) an Avery 8160 label. In Fact when you load any zdl project from your computer and try to print something, you will find the options tab gets you nothing. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please advise. Thanks

2018-02-23T17:01:15+00:00 It may not be compatible with Windows 10. How old is the software?
You can install using the compatibility mode: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15078/...

2018-02-23T17:09:53+00:00 Hi Bryan. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.
Make sure you have the latest download with all patches from the Avery site. We dont' rely on installation disks any longer because they're often dated as soon as they're pressed. Any manufacturer should provide an easy way to install the latest software with patches from their website.
I don't find Downloads here but there are plenty of Support options to help you as a customer: https://www.avery.com/help/template-support/des...
Once you have the latest .exe I'd right click to Run as Administrator. What happens?
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
